We at Skagit Valley Neighbors In Need are always appreciative of any donations that we have been given.
As we are a food bank, we are able to buy food at $0.03 a lb from our partners at Food Lifeline. Below is a picture of how far $100 goes for us buying from our partners, vs what you can buy at the store.
We also receive generously “rescued” food from the local stores. What helps us keep our doors open and keeps our community fed is cash donations so we can buy all the extras that we need to help our clients on a day to day basis.
We have been the grateful recipients of various fundraisers and if you would like to helps us by doing the same, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to participate.
If you would like to donate money to us, please use the donate button to the right of every page on this website or here.
Please note: if you are donating in conjunction with Mountain View Veterinary Clinics Donation Drive, please use the code “MountainView” in the invoice box and we will forward this information to the clinic so you can recieve your Paw Print for discounts at the clinic!
If you use Amazon to purchase anything, please consider using smile.amazon.com and setting us as your beneficiary! Its a wonderful way to help us through passive donation which doesn’t cost you anything! Our EIN is 91-0951646 or click below
If you shop at a Fred Meyer, you can connect your rewards card to Neighbors In Need to further donate to us. To do so, use our organization number UT347
You can also use Google One Today and donate through them. We receive 100% of your donation as Google keeps nothing for themselves!
If you would like to see a general overview on how we spend our donations and grants, you can find our year end accounting on the Washington State Secretary of States website https://ccfs.sos.wa.
We would like to thank you in advance for your generosity!
