Comcast offer a cheap internet option if you are eligible for public assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, and others. They also offer cheap laptops if you qualify

Khan Academy offer free personalized learning resources for all ages from a variety of classes from Kindergarten to High School level courses, and test prep for the SAT, LSAT, MCAT, GMAT, IIT JEE, and the NCLEX-RN
