June 17, 2020

Good Evening Skagit Valley! Important July Update:
On Tuesday, July 7th, 2020 Skagit Valley Neighbors in Need will be discontinuing the Drive-Thru service and will be going back to our regular food distribution. Our food distribution day will be Tuesday’s from 11 am to 6 pm. We will only allow five (5) people inside the building at a time and will be keeping the 6-foot distance rule between everyone.

We’ll have hand sanitizer stationed outside before you come in, we will have a break every 15 minutes to sanitize our work stations. Outside we’ll have a volunteer making sure everyone is staying 6 feet apart in line.
We would like to give a big shout-out and thank you to all the businesses that supported us through this difficult time.

Thank you to all of our community members who supported us whether it be a monetary donation or simply donating homemade masks for all of our volunteers. As we switch to having 5 people in the building at a time, we ask to please have some patience with our volunteers as it will take a little adjusting to our new food distribution model.

**Mask Required**Adults only inside the building. Thank You**

Sincerely,
Skagit Valley Neighbors In Need

New (temporary) Schedule

by , on
March 27, 2020

Starting Tuesday, March 31st we will be moving to a New temporary schedule. This is strictly a drive-thru service so there will be no need to get out of your vehicle. When arriving at the Food Bank please follow the construction cones, we will have 2-3 people help to guide you on where to go. Then proceed straight until the person at the end will wave their hand and will let you know when to stop.

Once you stop, we may ask you for a client card or if you know your number (for existing Clients) if you have never been to our food bank and don’t have a card/number don’t worry you will still get a box of food. We do ask for you to pop your trunk and please make sure there is enough room inside for us to put a box inside.

When exiting our food bank we will have our flagger stopping traffic for you to exit safely, please proceed straight (traveling South on S. 2nd st) no U-Turn’s will be allowed (for safety).

New (temporary) Distribution Schedule:

Tuesdays: 10 am – 5 pm
